Inline CNT Coating
Compounding Process

The specially designed inline CNT coating system applies a unique CNT coating technology that maximizes the bonding between CNT and PVC during chip production.
This ensures excellent and consistent electrical conductivity while the strong adhesion minimizes dust generation even under abrasion, solvents, or other extreme conditions.
Using non-phthalate plasticizers and high-quality raw materials, the production process achieves the highest grade of eco-friendly products.

Press

This process applies the CNT coating compound using a Double Belt Press
(continuous belt press) method, achieving uniform quality through continuous rolling.
Subsequent polishing, curing, cutting, and automatic packaging are integrated
into an in-line system,
